SPECIALIZING IN: 

• OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP: Transfoming change, implementing best practices and being able to set up teams for success. Recent engagement as COO for a start up, creating new teams from scratch to ensure the company met their objectives of on offering excellent customer service skills and integrating new operational systems to enhance our processes. Sheena has also lead a global team of 200+ introducing them to Lean Six Sigma practices to drive operational effeciences. Whilst at a PE firm, Sheena led on initiatives for vendor consolidations to drive economies of scale across 15 portfolio companies and as a result realizing millions of dollars in savings. 

• PRODUCT LEADERSHIP - With experience of both leading existing Products to reach new heights, and zero - to - one Product Launches for both SaaS and Hardware products. Industries Sheena has operated in, PropTech, Publishing & Media, Biometrics, HealthTech, EdTech and Travel - Skills are transferable to other industries and Sheena would love the challenge of being able to apply them. 

• VENTURE BUILDING / LEADING - Sheena has co-founded six new ventures in various sectors. Establishing repeatable and scaleable processes. Assembling teams, and managing day to day priorities for the founding team, as well as leading on regular updates to new venture boards. Sheena excels in managing stakeholder communications and  cross-functional collaborations.
